UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa., April 27 -- Pennsylvania State University issued the following news release:
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State's annual student music festival, Movin' On, will be held on Friday, May 1 at the Park Avenue IM Fields, located along N. University Drive between Park Avenue and Services Road.

Parking
Movin' On parking will only be available at the following locations:

Stadium West
* $10 day-of-event fee paid upon entry to the lot via HONK.
* Penn State parking permits are also valid.
* Overnight parking between 2 to 4 a.m. at this lot and other Commuter lots is not permitted. ...
