Congressman Seth Moulton (MA-06) joined Congressman Chris Pappas (NH-01) and 72 of his colleagues in sending a letter to House Appropriations Committee leadership demanding the rejection of President Trump's FY2027 budget proposal to completely eliminate the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Over 150,000 Massachusetts households rely on this program to help cover home energy costs.
