Today, Congressman Seth Moulton (MA-06) introduced the Protecting Mail In Voting Act of 2026, a bill to block any dangerous new U.S. Postal Service (USPS) proposal that threatens to disrupt the upcoming midterm elections.
The bill directly responds to a recent Trump Administration proposal allowing the USPS to withhold (https://www.nytimes.com/2026/06/11/us/politics/usps-mail-voting-democratic-resistance.html) mail ballot delivery in states that refuse to turn over state voter rolls to the federal government.
