WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congressman Seth Moulton (MA-06) joined as a cosponsor of the High Court Gift Ban Act to close a glaring ethics loophole that allows U.S. Supreme Court Justices to accept lavish gifts from wealthy benefactors and individuals with active interests before the Court. The legislation is led by Representatives Jamie Raskin (MD-08) and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY-14), alongside Senator Ben Ray Lujan (D-NM).
