MOBILE, Ala., March 4 -- University of South Alabama issued the following news release:
Gov. Kay Ivey has appointed Mobile business executive Ronnie L. Stallworth to an at-large
seat on the University of South Alabama Board of Trustees, effective immediately and subject to confirmation of the Alabama State Senate.
"Ronnie Stallworth is a seasoned business executive who brings deep strategic leadership
experience to the University of South Alabama Board of Trustees, and I look forward
to his contributions in the years ahead," said USA President Jo Bonner. "As a proud
alumnus, Ronnie is a wonderful addition to one of the nation's most dedicated higher
