WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Mine Safety and Health Administration has issued a rule called: Update to MSHA's Address; Technical Amendment.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 26 by Wayne D. Palmer, Assistant Secretary of Labor for Mine Safety and Health Administration.
Summary: The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is amending its published regulations to update the Agency's Headquarters address from Arlington, VA to its new location in Washington, DC.
