(Anchorage, AK) - On July 9, 2026, Fairbanks Superior Court Judge Patricia Haines sentenced Michael Paschall to three years of imprisonment with one year suspended, followed by ten years on felony probation, for one count of Scheme to Defraud.
On Jan. 8, 2026, Michael Paschall pleaded guilty to one count of Scheme to Defraud, a class B felony offense, for defrauding the Rural Deltana Volunteer Fire Department of $441,409. As part of his agreement with the State, Paschall agreed to pay $441,409 in restitution to the RDVFD. As a first-time felony offender, Paschal faced a presumptive term of one to three years of impr...
