WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congressman Dan Meuser (PA-09) released the following statement after President Trump rescinded an Obama-era Executive Order that has been used to impose costly stormwater management fees, otherwise known as the "rain tax," on residents and businesses in Luzerne County.
"Since coming to Congress in 2019, I have worked to find a solution to the burdensome rain tax imposed on families and businesses in Luzerne County.
