Today, U.S. Senator Ben Ray Lujan (D-N.M.) joined U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-WI), U.S. Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR), Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), and nine Democratic colleagues in introducing a resolution of disapproval under the Congressional Review Act to repeal the Trump Administration's rule that will undermine the Affordable Care Act marketplace, terminating coverage for up to two million Americans, raising out-of-pocket costs, and making it easier for insurance companies to cover fewer services.
