WASHINGTON, Oct. 16 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for XXXXXX (insert district) issued the following press release:
United States Attorney Lesley A. Woods announced that Johnathan Klein, 31, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was sentenced on October 15, 2026, in federal court in Lincoln for possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine actual. United States District Judge Susan M. Bazis sentenced Klein to 130 months' imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system. After Klein's release from prison, he will begin a 5-year term of supervised release.
