There's still time to share feedback. The 2026 Employee Experience Survey closes at 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 20.
All benefit-eligible employees are encouraged to take the 10-minute survey. Conducted every two years, the survey allows faculty and staff to share feedback about university leadership, culture and engagement. Responses help to recognize strengths, identify concerns and set priorities for improving the employee experience.
