East Hartford, CT - Today, House Social Security Subcommittee Ranking Member John B. Larson (CT-01) released the following statement condemning the Supreme Court's decision to allow the use of the Trump Administration's "SAVE" database, which empowers states to use data collected from the Social Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security, to purge voters from the rolls. Earlier this year, it was revealed in court that this database was used to terminate the voter registration of eligible citizens in multiple states.
