JACKSON, Miss., Sept. 28 -- The Mississippi Department of Transportation issued the following news release:
WHO: Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) and Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT).
WHAT: Public hearing.
WHEN: Tuesday, Oct. 20 from 4:30-7 p.m.
WHERE: Pearlington Recovery Center at 5265 Highway 604, Pearlington, MS 39572 in Hancock County.
WHY: LADOTD, in conjunction with MDOT, will hold a public hearing for the proposed replacement of five U.S. 90 bridges over the West Pearl, West Middle Pearl, Middle Middle Pearl, East Middle Pearl and East Pearl Rivers. All bridges are located in St. Tammany Parish Louisiana and the East Pearl River bridge will stretch into Hancock County Mississippi....
