CAPE CHARLES, VA - Congresswoman Jen Kiggans (VA-02) welcomed U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Farm Service Agency (FSA) leadership to Virginia's Eastern Shore for a tour of local aquaculture operations and a roundtable discussion with industry stakeholders.
