Today, Congresswoman Jen Kiggans (VA-02) released the following statement after the House Armed Services Committee completed its mark-up of the Fiscal Year 2027 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The legislation includes provisions to bolster shipbuilding, strengthen military readiness, improve healthcare access for servicemembers and their families, and support the workforce that powers America's defense industrial base.
