Today, during a Ways & Means Committee hearing with IRS CEO Frank J. Bisignano, U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA), Chairman of the Ways & Means Subcommittee on Tax, championed the Working Families Tax Cuts "No Tax on Overtime" provision which Kelly said is saving workers' money and leading to increased productivity.
