Today, Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ), Dick Durbin (D-IL), and Alex Padilla (D-CA) released the following statement after U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem confirmed (https://www.kelly.senate.gov/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/25-28166-S1-SIGNED-Durbin-Responses_Durbin.pdf) that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has arrested 261 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients and 86 have been removed from the country between January 1, 2025 and November 19, 2025.
