Defiance, OH - Today, Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (OH-09) announced that the Northwestern Ohio Community Action Commission will receive a $5,131,429 award for renovations of its Defiance Head Start building. The award is funded through the United States Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Children and Families.
