Today, Rep. Sydney Kamlager-Dove (CA-37) released the following statement on three years since Hamas' October 7th terrorist attack on Israel:

"October 7th is a deeply painful day for so many here in Los Angeles and around the world. Today, we remember the nearly 1,200 innocent lives murdered on the deadliest day for Jews since the Holocaust, as well as the dozens of hostages who died in Hamas captivity. We also remember the immense pain, suffering, and loss experienced by both Israelis and Palestinians in the war that followed, including the tragic deaths of 60,000 civilians in Gaza.
