Today, House Appropriations Financial Services and General Government (FSGG) Subcommittee Chairman Dave Joyce (OH-14) questioned Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Director Scott Kupor on the Administration's spending plan for the remainder of Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 and its priorities for FY 2027. The hearing also covered the role OPM plays with respect to federal human resource policy, employee healthcare and retirement benefits, hiring standards across the civil service, and technology modernization, among other issues.
