Jorge Reategui, programmer, has been named the Tompkins Cortland Community College Employee of the Month for August 2026.
Reategui fills a vital role within the College's campus technology department. He is known for being the first person to take advantage of any opportunity to improve a process, implement an enhancement, or provide greater clarity to students and staff about their technology questions. Colleagues describe him as incredibly customer-focused, always approachable, and consistent in bringing a positive, cheerful attitude to every interaction.
