Everywhere I go, I hear the same concern from families: everything costs more. Groceries, electricity, healthcare, property taxes and the everyday expenses of raising a family have all increased. Government cannot control every price, but we can control how much government takes from your paycheck and whether our policies make the problem better or worse.
That is why keeping Indiana affordable has been one of my priorities at the Statehouse since my first session in 2021. I supported legislation cutting Indiana's individual income tax rate from 3.15% in 2023 to 2.95% today, with another reduction to 2.9% coming in 2027...
