Dylan Daniell, age 33, of La Fargeville, NY, was arraigned today October 9, 2026, at the federal courthouse in Syracuse, New York, before United States Magistrate Judge Mitchell J. Katz, after being charged by criminal complaint with threatening a federal law enforcement officer. He was ordered held in custody pending a detention hearing, which is scheduled for October 15, 2026. First Assistant United States Attorney John A. Sarcone III and Craig L.
