U.S. Representative Pramila Jayapal (WA-07), Ranking Member of the Immigration, Integrity, Security, and Enforcement Subcommittee, is introducing the U.S. Farmworker Protection Act, legislation to protect US farmworkers and migrant workers on the H-2A program, a temporary, agricultural guest worker program.
