ATHENS, Ga., Aug. 27 -- The University of Georgia issued the following news release:
The University of Georgia is deeply committed to the well-being of its students. Across campus, new facilities and renovations are expanding where students can live, learn and connect.
Among the most visible examples are two of UGA's newest student facilities: First-Year Student Residence Hall Building 2266 and the Dining, Learning, and Well-being Center.
Building 2266 features double-occupancy rooms with modular furniture, large windows, in-room temperature control and privacy-enhanced community bathrooms. Students in this residence hall also enjoy shared lounges and study areas as well as an exterior courtyard facing the Founders Memorial Garden.
