INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: WOOD MOULDINGS AND MILLWORK PRODUCTS FROM CHINA, SCHEDULING OF EXPEDITED FIVE-YEAR REVIEWS

WASHINGTON, April 21 -- International Trade Commission has issued a notice called: Wood Mouldings and Millwork Products From China, Scheduling of Expedited Five-Year Reviews.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 21 by Lisa Barton, Secretary to the Commission.

Summary: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order and countervailing duty order on wood mouldings and millwork products from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
