WASHINGTON, July 2 -- International Trade Commission has issued a notice called: Utility Scale Wind Towers from India, Malaysia, and Spain; Institution of Five-Year Reviews.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 2 by Lisa Barton, Secretary to the Commission.
Summary: The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty orders on utility scale wind towers from India and Malaysia and the antidumping duty orders on utility scale wind towers from India, Malaysia, and Spain would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury.
