WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 -- International Trade Commission has issued a notice called: Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar From Mexico and Turkey; Scheduling of Expedited Five-Year Reviews.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 18 by Lisa Barton, Secretary to the Commission.
Summary: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar ("rebar") from Turkey and the antidumping duty order on rebar from Mexico would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
