INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: NON-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL FROM CHINA, GERMANY, JAPAN, SOUTH KOREA, SWEDEN, AND TAIWAN; SCHEDULING OF EXPEDITED FIVE-YEAR REVIEWS

WASHINGTON, April 6 -- International Trade Commission has issued a notice called: Non-Oriented Electrical Steel From China, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Sweden, and Taiwan; Scheduling of Expedited Five-Year Reviews.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 6 by Lisa Barton, Secretary to the Commission.

Summary: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on non-oriented electrical steel ("NOES") from China, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Sweden, and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable tim...
