INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: HAND TRUCKS FROM CHINA; SCHEDULING OF AN EXPEDITED FIVE-YEAR REVIEW

WASHINGTON, June 8 -- International Trade Commission has issued a notice called: Hand Trucks From China; Scheduling of an Expedited Five-Year Review.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 8 by Lisa Barton, Secretary to the Commission.

Summary: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of an expedited review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on hand trucks from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
