WASHINGTON, Aug. 28 -- International Trade Commission has issued a notice called: Certain Steel Nails From Malaysia, Oman, South Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam; Scheduling of an Expedited Five-Year Reviews.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 28 by Lisa Barton, Secretary to the Commission.

Summary: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on Malaysia, Oman, South Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam, and a countervailing duty order on steel nails from Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
