WASHINGTON, May 19 -- International Trade Commission has issued a notice called: Certain Preserved Mushrooms from Chile, China, India, and Indonesia; Scheduling of Expedited Five-Year Reviews.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 19 by Sharon Bellamy, Supervisory Hearings and Information Officer.

Summary: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on certain preserved mushrooms from Chile, China, India, and Indonesia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
