INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: VAN-TYPE TRAILERS AND SUBASSEMBLIES THEREOF FROM CANADA: PRELIMINARY AFFIRMATIVE DETERMINATION OF SALES AT LESS THAN FAIR VALUE, POSTPONEMENT OF FINAL DETERMINATION, AND EXTENSION OF PROVISIONAL MEASURES

WASHINGTON, Aug. 4 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Van-Type Trailers and Subassemblies Thereof From Canada: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, Postponement of Final Determination, and Extension of Provisional Measures.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 4 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
