WASHINGTON, May 1 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Unwrought Palladium From the Russian Federation: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 1 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.

Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that unwrought palladium (palladium) from the Russian Federation (Russia) is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation is January 1, 2025, through June 30, 2025.
