WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Tin Mill Products From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Critical Circumstances and Extension of Provisional Measures.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 21 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
