WASHINGTON, July 17 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Stationary and Portable Air Compressors From the People's Republic of China, Malaysia, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Postponement of Preliminary Determinations in Countervailing Duty Investigations.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 17 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
