WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Silicon Metal From the Lao People's Democratic Republic: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Classification of the Lao People's Democratic Republic as a Non-Market Economy.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 23 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
