WASHINGTON, July 6 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Silicon Metal From Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, and Malaysia: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 6 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.

Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on silicon metal from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, and Malaysia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.
