WASHINGTON, Aug. 11 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Ripe Olives From Spain: Final Results and Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 11 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain producers/exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024.
