INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: PHOSPHATE FERTILIZERS FROM THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: FINAL RESULTS OF THE EXPEDITED FIRST SUNSET REVIEW OF THE COUNTERVAILING DUTY ORDER

WASHINGTON, June 30 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Phosphate Fertilizers From the Russian Federation: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Review of the Countervailing Duty Order.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 30 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.

Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on phosphate fertilizers from the Russian Federation (Russia) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Review" section of this notice.
