WASHINGTON, April 29 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires From the Republic of Korea: Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 29 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on passenger vehicle and light truck tires (passenger tires) from the Republic of Korea (Korea). The period of review (POR) is July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.
