WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Oleoresin Paprika From India: Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination and Final Affirmative Critical Circumstances Determination, in Part.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 21 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.

Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of oleoresin paprika from India. The period of investigation is April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025.
