WASHINGTON, Sept. 3 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Non-Oriented Electrical Steel From Japan: Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 3 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on non-oriented electrical steel (NOES) from Japan covering the period of review (POR) December 1, 2024, through November 30, 2025.
