WASHINGTON, Oct. 5 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Methionine From France, Japan, and Spain: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 5 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on methionine from France, Japan, and Spain would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.
