INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: L-LYSINE FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA: FINAL AFFIRMATIVE DETERMINATION OF SALES AT LESS THAN FAIR VALUE

WASHINGTON, July 23 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: L-Lysine From the People's Republic of China: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 23 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.

Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that L-lysine (lysine) from People's Republic of China (China) is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation is October 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025.
