WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: High Purity Dissolving Pulp From Brazil and Norway: Postponement of Preliminary Determinations in the Less-Than-Fair-Value Investigations.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 18 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
