WASHINGTON, March 2 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Hardwood and Decorative Plywood From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, Preliminary Negative Determination of Critical Circumstances, and Postponement of Final Determination and Extension of Provisional Measures.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 2 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
