WASHINGTON, March 2 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Hardwood and Decorative Plywood From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Critical Circumstances.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 2 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
