WASHINGTON, April 6 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Float Glass Products From the People's Republic of China and Malaysia: Countervailing Duty Orders.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 6 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: Based on affirmative final determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), Commerce is issuing countervailing duty (CVD) orders on float glass products (float glass) from the People's Republic of China (China) and Malaysia.
