WASHINGTON, May 28 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Difluoromethane (R-32) From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 28 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.

Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on Difluoromethane (R-32) from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Review" section of this notice.
